phkkk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

By accessing the phkkk Platform, creating a phkkk account, or using any phkkk service in any capacity, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phkkk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phkkk Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain a phkkk account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• 3.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a non-negotiable minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. phkkk does not permit gambling or wagering activity by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• 3.2 You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on the phkkk Platform.
• 3.3 You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where phkkk does not hold the necessary authorizations to offer its services.
• 3.4 You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of phkkk, any of its affiliated entities, its game suppliers, or its payment processors, where such person's participation would create a conflict of interest or violate applicable regulations.
• 3.5 You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the phkkk Platform or on any other PAGCOR-regulated platform operating under a shared exclusion registry.
• 3.6 You must not have had a phkkk account previously closed for breach of these Terms. Registering a new account following a permanent closure constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access Real Money Gaming on phkkk, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. phkkk is legally required to verify your identity before enabling withdrawal access on your account.

• 4.1 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the phkkk Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
• 4.2 You must provide your true legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth during registration. All information must match the government-issued identification you will provide during KYC.
• 4.3 KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, SSS ID, or LTFRB-issued driver's license. phkkk may request additional documents at any time in accordance with AML obligations.
• 4.4 phkkk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and freeze account balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC, including in cases where KYC was previously completed but new information has triggered a re-verification requirement.
• 4.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phkkk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your phkkk account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you. phkkk's support team will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

• 5.1 You must not share your phkkk login credentials — including your password and SMS OTP codes — with any third party for any reason. Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder personally.
• 5.2 In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phkkk immediately via the 24/7 support channel and change your password without delay.
• 5.3 phkkk employs SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, and device management features to protect account security. However, phkkk cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats and accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that was not caused by phkkk's own negligence.

phkkk accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Deposit minimums, processing times, and applicable fees for each channel are published in the phkkk Wallet section and are subject to change.

• 6.1 All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the same name as your phkkk account. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from accounts belonging to a person other than the registered phkkk account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• 6.2 phkkk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where phkkk reasonably suspects the deposit to be fraudulent, to violate AML regulations, or to breach these Terms.
• 6.3 Deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). phkkk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or any other non-PHP tender.
• 6.4 Funds deposited into your phkkk account are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. phkkk does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are not considered financial savings deposits and are not covered by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

phkkk processes withdrawal requests subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.

• 7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified phkkk account. phkkk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 7.2 phkkk targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed; phkkk accepts no liability for delays outside its reasonable control.
• 7.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
• 7.4 phkkk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation, where phkkk's risk management or AML systems flag the transaction for review. Processing of the relevant withdrawal will be paused during the review period.
• 7.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the phkkk Wallet section and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice to players.

phkkk offers various promotional bonuses to its players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply to all phkkk promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• 8.1 All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the Bonus Funds before withdrawal of any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be permitted. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 50x depending on the promotion type.
• 8.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 8.3 Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. As a general rule: slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino table games and live bingo rooms may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 8.4 phkkk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel any promotion at any time in the event phkkk reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of betting systems designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that phkkk considers to be in breach of the spirit of the promotion.
• 8.5 All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.

All games offered on the phkkk Platform are operated fairly and in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. phkkk is committed to transparent, audited gaming outcomes.

• 9.1 All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the phkkk Platform use independently certified RNG systems. Certification details are available upon request from phkkk's compliance team.
• 9.2 Live dealer games are conducted in real time with physical cards, wheels, or other physical gaming implements, and are subject to live dealer protocols that comply with PAGCOR operational standards.
• 9.3 In the event of a disputed game outcome, phkkk's game logs and server records constitute the definitive record of play. You agree that in any dispute over game results, phkkk's recorded data shall be the authoritative source of truth.
• 9.4 phkkk publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. Live casino house edges are consistent with industry standards and are disclosed in the relevant game information section of the phkkk Platform.
• 9.5 In the event of a technical fault, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, phkkk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the phkkk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• 10.1 Opening more than one phkkk account or attempting to register following a permanent account closure.
• 10.2 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence.
• 10.3 Using the phkkk Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime in violation of Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• 10.4 Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate game outcomes.
• 10.5 Colluding with other players, phkkk employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the phkkk Platform.
• 10.6 Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the phkkk Platform. Any player who discovers a bug or error that creates an unfair advantage is obligated to report it immediately to phkkk support and must not exploit the bug or share it with others.
• 10.7 Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory conduct towards phkkk staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on or associated with the phkkk Platform.

phkkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. phkkk recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and the Company takes its obligations as a PAGCOR-licensed operator in this area very seriously. phkkk provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• 11.1 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
• 11.2 Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, gaming activity is paused for the remainder of the relevant period. Loss limits may not be removed or increased for a period of at least 24 hours following the request.
• 11.3 Session Timers: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the phkkk system will automatically log the player out of their active gaming session.
• 11.4 Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player's account is suspended and no gaming activity, deposits, or withdrawals are processed.
• 11.5 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the phkkk Platform may request self-exclusion through the phkkk support team. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible once the exclusion period has been confirmed. phkkk reports self-exclusions to PAGCOR's exclusion registry where required.

All content on the phkkk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, service marks, and trade names — is the property of phkkk or its respective third-party licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• 12.1 phkkk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• 12.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the phkkk Platform without phkkk's prior written consent.
• 12.3 The phkkk name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of phkkk's trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phkkk's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 13.1 phkkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phkkk Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if phkkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 13.2 phkkk's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to any claim connected with these Terms or the phkkk Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phkkk account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 13.3 phkkk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, PAGCOR regulatory action, or Philippine government-imposed restrictions on online gaming activities.
• 13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phkkk's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

phkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including, but not limited to: compliance with new or updated PAGCOR regulations, changes in Philippine law, updates to phkkk's products and services, or corrections of errors in the previous version.

• 14.1 phkkk will notify registered players of material amendments to these Terms via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
• 14.2 Your continued use of the phkkk Platform after an amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
• 14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the phkkk Platform. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the version currently in force.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms as follows:

• 15.1 Voluntary Closure by Player: You may close your phkkk account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to AML verification.
• 15.2 Closure by phkkk: phkkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC; PAGCOR regulatory requirement; or any other conduct that phkkk determines threatens the integrity of its Platform or the safety of its players.
• 15.3 Balance on Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraud, underage access, or multi-accounting — phkkk reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real money deposits, pending withdrawals, and any winnings. phkkk will provide written reasons for such forfeiture upon request.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• 16.1 Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the phkkk Platform.
• 16.2 Before commencing any legal proceedings, a player must first contact phkkk's support team and allow phkkk a reasonable opportunity — no less than thirty (30) calendar days — to resolve the dispute informally.
• 16.3 PAGCOR retains regulatory oversight and dispute resolution authority over phkkk's licensed gaming operations. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels where the dispute relates to phkkk's licensed gaming activities.
